Are there any discounts available?

Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
Yes. Group bundles are offered at discount rates, you may find them directly in the registration checkout. If you would like to purchase your group tickets individually but still receive the discounted price, please email [email protected] for a unique group discount code.
How do you accommodate special dietary restrictions?
On the registration form, there is a place to indicate food allergies and dietary preferences. Please make us aware of any restrictions you have at that point and we will accommodate these.
Are tickets transferrable?
If you are unable to attend, please notify support at [email protected] at least seven  days before the scheduled event for assistance. Complimentary tickets are not transferable for any reason.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be provided up to seven  business days before the symposium.
